Relidesk is a business management platform for Nigerian SMEs. This policy covers both merchant account data and the customer data merchants collect through their storefronts.

Merchant account data (name, email, business details) and customer checkout data (name, phone number, email, delivery address) collected when a customer places an order on a merchant's storefront.

To operate merchant storefronts, process orders, and communicate order status. Customer data collected at checkout is used only to fulfil that order.

Relidesk is not a payment processor and holds no customer funds. All money moves through Paystack's licensed rails via subaccount split directly to the merchant's bank account - this boundary is preserved across every payment feature.

Customer checkout data is shared with the relevant merchant (to fulfil the order) and with Paystack (to process payment). We do not sell customer or merchant data.

Account and order data is retained for as long as an account is active, plus a reasonable period for tax and dispute records.

Nigerian data subjects have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Requests can be made through the contact page.

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect account and order data against unauthorized access.

Relidesk is not directed at children under 18.
