By creating a Relidesk account or placing an order through a Relidesk storefront, you agree to these terms.

Relidesk is a subscription-based business management platform, not a commission-based marketplace. Relidesk is not a payment processor and holds no customer funds - all money moves through Paystack's licensed rails via subaccount split.

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilling orders, and complying with applicable consumer protection law.

Plans include a free trial. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the next billing date. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current paid period.

Customers pay merchants through Paystack at checkout. Order and payment disputes are between the customer and the merchant; Relidesk provides the platform, not the transaction.

Relidesk may not be used to sell illegal goods or services, or in a way that violates Paystack's own acceptable use policy.

Merchants retain ownership of their brand, product content, and customer data. Relidesk retains ownership of the platform itself.

Relidesk is provided on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Either party may terminate the relationship in line with the cancellation terms above, or immediately for a material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
